Come join a free workshop on the art of dyeing natural fibers - an introduction to making beautiful textile dyes from plants that grow in our neighborhoods.
Local nonprofit and CFFC partner Community Health and Empowerment through Education and Research (CHEER) will be hosting a workshop on natural dyeing with Kerstin Zurbrigg on Thursday October 23rd in Takoma Park.
The workshop will involve using locally-sourced plants and pigments, and will be held in English and Spanish. Please see the attached flyer for more details.
