Seed Saving Workshop

Learn how to save seeds for future plantings with Master Gardener Mercy Luhangam. This workshop will include guidance on when and how to harvest, process and store seeds for the future. There will be some hands on harvesting depending on what is fruiting as well as some guidance on winter sowing. We’ll also have a seed swap so please do bring any seeds or seedlings you’d like to swap or donate.

When: September 6th, 1pm-3pm

Where: Montgomery College Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus, 7719 Chicago Ave, Silver Spring, MD

We’re charging $5 for the cost of this workshop to cover material fees so please click the button below to reserve your sport. If you can’t afford this, then please just turn up to the workshop.
