Join CFFC’s amazing food forest steward Rahima for a free pesto making demo this Sunday (July 20) at the Montgomery College Food Forest.

Learn to make pesto both the traditional and easy way, and sample the results. Vegan, nut-free, and GF options will be available.

We’ll also walk the two separate food forest locations at the college where there’s plenty of basil, kale, rosemary, thyme, lemon balm, and more to harvest.

This event is free but please do consider a donation if you can afford it. We’re an all volunteer organization so any money raised goes directly to regenerating the land, growing food and building community. No amount is too small.
