Join us at the Montgomery College Food Forest for our regular work parties, which take place on the first Saturday of every month. We’ll be helping the food forest bed down for the winter by doing some mulching and invasive plant clearance. We’d love you to join us!

Where: 7676 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, MD, 20910

When: 9am to 12pm, February 7th 2025

What to bring: water bottle and gardening gloves if you have them (we have spare gloves and there’s a water fountain in a nearby building if you can’t bring a water bottle).

Transport: there is metered street parking on Chicago Avenue. There are also bus stops close to the food forest, on Philadelphia Avenue. Ride On Route 17 and Route F4 both stop at this location.
