Drop-Dose Journey with Plants
An Experiential Tincture Tasting
In this class, we’ll slow down and settle into a quiet space of connection, with ourselves and a handful of herbal tinctures (alcohol-based extracts).
Through a guided drop-dose experience, we’ll explore the subtle ways these herbs move through the body and stir awareness. We'll taste each herb, one at a time, and notice what arises (sensation, image, emotion, memory, etc).
Come explore how just a few drops of an herb can communicate so much. Leave with a deeper understanding of the power of plants, and how we can form a relationship with them.
When: 1130am to 1.30pm, June 13
Where: Corner of Philadelphia Ave & Chicago Ave (Montgomery College Food Forest, 7719 Chicago Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, 20910 map here)
