Join us for another cooking class at the Montgomery College food forest! This demonstration features special guest Vathany Say, who will be whipping up a Cambodian classic, Basil Chicken. She will be using fresh basil from the food forest, which all guests are welcome to pick and take home after the demo.

This is part of a series of workshops designed to teach people how to cook with produce we’re growing in the food forest.
